We can scan both small and large objects – from details measuring just a few centimeters to objects over 1 meter in size. Scanning is suitable for both technical parts and organic, uneven surfaces.
We use a professional 3D scanner, Artec Leo, which can achieve an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm. This allows us to capture extremely accurate geometry, even the smallest surface irregularities or details.
We provide data in formats suitable for both engineering work and 3D printing: STL, STEP/STP, OBJ, PLY, WRL, 3MF. We can export files according to the software you use.
Yes, we can recreate missing or damaged parts based on a scan. If you only have one side of a part—for example, the left side—we can recreate it and create a symmetrical right side.
We use a wide range of technical materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Formlabs Engineering Resin, Tough Resin, Durable Resin, High Temp Resin – each of them is adapted to different functions and requirements.
The process depends on the size and complexity of the object and the technology chosen. Small details take a few hours, while more complex projects can take 1–3 working days.
Yes, we specialize in the production of single prototypes and small series (from a few to several dozen units). We guarantee quality and precision in every unit.
For scanning, a physical object is required. For modeling, photos, dimensions, or sketches are required. For printing, an STL or other suitable 3D model file is required.
The price depends on whether you have a ready-made 3D model or whether it needs to be created. The size and complexity of the object and the selected printing technology also have an impact. The exact price is provided after evaluation.
